   With the new year coming around the corner, people think "healthy". So, perhaps do a review of south shore women who may be wellness or fitness coaches perhaps with a focus on clients that they have inspired/ helped and have gotten results. I know a few people who have gotten great results from training at Evolution Fitness/Lifestyles in Hanover & Marshfield. There's a trainer named Nadia that has inspired an acquaintance/friend of mine; and another acquaintance. I met her, but don't know her personally. I also know a few wellness coach type people.
